Q1.  Looking at the current market situation,will it be advisable to invest in stocks at the moment?If not then what are the other investment options in which is can get good and guaranteed returns?

Q2.  I would like to avail overdraft facility against commercial property, what are the requirement please advice with further details in regards to interest, eligibilty criteria, documents required etc.

Q3.  I have made some Mutual Funds investments totaling to 1,00,000 spread over Jan'07-Nov'07 which grew to 155,500 but came down to 95,000 after the market fell to 15-16000 and hovering around that only.

Secondly I further invested 12500 in Nov'07 just before the fall and that has now come down to 98,000 appx.

Pls advise what should I do, hold on or sell all & liquidate.
